At Foundations Youth, reaching the world for Christ through missions is one of our passions! Whether it's across town, across the country, or around the world, we take seriously the call to, "...therefore, go."
Every summer, we go on an international mission trip. We partner with ministries such as Ethnos International, Praying Pelican Missions, Crosspoint International Ministries and Fishers of Men Ministries in places like Belize, Malawi, Nicaragua, Honduras, and Costa Rica.
We work to spread the Good News of Jesus through youth ministry, children's ministry, door-to-door evangelism, sports ministry, VBS, construction, jail ministry, and much more. Click here for more info about our next international trip!

The Sea Islands of South Carolina are a special place to Pleasant View Youth! Each summer, we "move in" for a week of home repair ministry on Johns and Wadmalaw Islands.
It's a hard week! The sun is hot, and the work is exhausting. But we have found that as we re-roof a house or build a new bathroom or kitchen, we're doing much more than building a home. We're helping to build the Kingdom of God! Click here for more info about the next

Pleasant View Methodist Church is a host-church for SERVE, a ministry of Therefore, Go! ministries.
SERVE is a one-week mission trip for teens in the United States or Canada that introduces high school (Grades 9-12) students to spreading the gospel through missional living and confronting issues of justice. Each all-inclusive missions trip experience is planned with individual and corporate benefit in mind. SERVE is hands-on and people-oriented, and so these youth service trips have a very personal and long-term impact. Click here for more info about SERVE

Of course, you don't need to travel out of town to find somewhere to serve. There are all kinds of places to GoMakeADifference, and GoMAD is how we do it!
GoMAD helps equip the local church to experience all the elements of a typical mission trip without the travel. We might put a roof on a house, build a handicap ramp, or serve a meal at a homeless shelter. Whatever the need, GoMAD makes it possible for us to expand our reach into the community and better get to know our neighbors and their needs. Click here for more info about GoMAD
